Our clients came to us with a need for more space. With a growing family and an under-utilized property, we collectively came up with the idea of two distinct additions, which would be designed in a way to complement the formal qualities of the existing structure while remaining distinct and modern. By doing targeted enhancements to the main structure, we seamlessly made the entire house and newly added additions blend into a mid-century modern oasis. The new additions comprised of expanded garage/workshop/gym space, a master bedroom and bathroom with Juliet balcony, a new four-season room that is used as a dining area, and new wrap around porch to connect to the back yard.
