This project included remodeling the front exterior entrance and landscaping, kitchen, and dining room; and building a new addition including a Santa Rosa Labyrinth, back exterior entrance and landscaping, massage studio, office/reception, bathroom, and kitchenette. Clean crisp lines, colorful surfaces and natural wood finishes enhance the home’s mid-century appeal. The outdoor living area and labyrinth provide a place of solace and reflection for the homeowner, as well as his clients.

The final project in the home was a complete basement remodel. What had been an unfinished space was transformed into a comfortable and sophisticated living area complete with hidden storage, entertainment system, guitar display wall and safe room. This custom renovation was the final step in maximizing not only every inch of the house but also the client’s enjoyment of his home. This project received the Contractor of the Year Award from the National Association of the Remodeling Industry for the Basement category. The unique “ceiling that looks like a wave” helped clinch the honors.
