This project included the complete renovation of a mid-century masterpiece, both garden and home. The unabashed use of concrete for paving and walls is original and was repeated throughout. Where certain spaces in the garden were undersized, they have now been enhanced and enlarged. The ‘sunken’ terrace between house and pool now is the center of entertainment activity, while pool use is from upper terraces. A historic table fountain with cascade has been restored. Planting are minimal and exhibit a refined palette.
