The original house was built in 1968, and needed an update. The lot had several mature oak trees, which the new owners wanted to keep. Houchin Construction was able to create a design which maximized the home's square footage, took advantage of the trees with several outdoor living areas, and brought the home into the 21st century with a new, modern style.
