Recently completed landscape, grading and drainage project. We installed new landscape across a portion of the front of the house and cleaned up the shrubs that remained in place. The entire front and rear lawn areas were stripped and graded. The rear yard got new Zenith zoysia sod and the front yard was seeded with Zenith zoysia. We completed a drainage renovation in the rear yard space to capture a large amount of surface runoff from the neighboring properties. The sub-surface drainage that was installed will prevent the new lawn and mulch areas from washing out in heavy rains.
