Midcentury Modern Pratt Drive Restoration

Restoration/ Renovation of Mid-century Modern time capsule which had not been renovation since it was started in 1959.
I acquired it from a gentleman who appreciated it for how cool it was but within a week was feeling that he had bitten off more than he could chew.
I loved the house and knew exactly what to do with it... Restore it to original and make complimentary improvements and adjustments to it to account for how we now live and entertain 40 years later. Victor Bruno the original architect did have the opportunity to see the house after our renovation and was so pleased and complimentary as to how the changes in design we had made were complimentary to his original style and design of the project.

Living room walls were covered with drywall using aluminum extruded Frye drywall reglet channels on rear wall and wing wall.
