This project was a remodel of a beautiful Midcentury Modern home in College Park, FL. built in 1965 by Architect Manfred Lapotka. We did not add square footage to the home, but completely redesigned 2 bathrooms and updated all of the interior finishes while keeping the Midcentury aesthetic to the home.
