Midpark Residence

This phased project was completed room by room over the course of 5 years. The Client wanted her home to be "a place of calm and peace and love and family and happiness."
The warm neutral colour palette gave a cozy feel to the house, while the casual yet classic pieces of furniture gave an inviting look. The function of each space was enhanced with storage solutions to keep the small house from getting cluttered.

Main Bath renovation. An alcove was created for storage and convenience. Brick-layed wall tiles created a bright, simple, yet classic style.

In the living room, the Client required storage, an open layout, and a place for the dogs to look out the window. Leaning bookcases frame the window and give the perfect spots for displaying accessories, books, and photos.

Kitchen update: Sometimes by only replacing the countertops, backsplash, and hardware you can update a kitchen drastically. This kitchen had just that and it made all the difference. The roman shade was custom designed and made for this space.
