Midtown Bungalow Renovation

We fully renovated this Midtown bungalow with a soft, warm modern palette and restored original elements like the heart pine floors and fireplaces. Not an inch of this two story home was left untouched. Highlights include inset cabinets, custom millwork, marble in baths and kitchen, custom iron stair railing and hood. The sunroom is not wrapped in floor to ceiling French doors. This cottage was truly reinterpreted for daily living in luxury.

Craftsman bungalow with stone porch piers, freshly painted shingle siding, new lighting and door hardware with refurbished front door painted Farrow and Ball Radichio —fresh yet true to the street.

The existing fireplace mantle was painted a warm color and black tile was added to anchor the surround and hearth.
