Midtown Triplex

We wanted to keep the original craftsman character of this house, so we didn't want to do too much outside. We replaced the siding and added a fresh coat of paint. The yellow doors really make this home stand out as you're driving by!

We removed the old doors that were here closing this room off. Opening this space up definitely helped with the flow and brightness of the home!

This kitchen got a new color of paint, new appliances, and backsplash. We removed one of the windows and added an island with a beautiful light above it.

Painting the island black added to the aesthetic of this kitchen tying in the black cabinetry hardware, the light fixture, the counter top marbling and the tile grout.

This bathroom needed a complete renovation!! We replaced the floor tile, repainted the walls, replaced the vanity, toilet and tub, and added all new fixtures. The lighter walls help the room look much brighter!
Guest Bathroom
This master suite was created to add a nice sized closet as well as a large shower and double vanity. The light grey cabinetry and chrome hardware give this bathroom a more classic look.

The basement was not finished when we started. The goal was to add an entire apartment down here. We literally started from the ground up with this one!
