Bedroom update for a 6 year old boy who loves to read, draw, and play cars. Our clients wanted to create a fun space for the their son and stay within a tight budget. Kids grow up so fast and sometimes it makes sense to hold off on investing in any major room makeovers. It does not mean, however, that their space should be boring and without character. So, for this project, together with our clients, we decided to go with practical IKEA furniture, came up with a functional layout, added cool custom accessories and soft furnishings, included some of the young artists' paintings and left room for more!
