7 years of neglect and 60 year old crumbling retaining walls called for a complete makeover. Back: 4 levels were created: house level with lap pool. new terrace level with curved banquette, a sloping succulent garden and a buffalo grass dog run with pittosporum bordering a purple fence.
Front was sculpted and reinforced with a second retaining wall, rocky dry stream bed with a Palm Springs-like desert vibe.
