Complete gut & renovation of a 90's-era loft in San Francisco's Mission District. The scope consisted of a new kitchen layout, new bathroom, new metal railing, shelves, closet wardrobes, furnishings, flooring, paint, plaster, lighting & electrical... everything. Design, permitting, and construction management was handled by Tiny Monster Design. The project came in on schedule (3 months construction) and on budget.
