Our go-getter client was the general contractor for her own gut renovation project of a historic Victorian in San Francisco’s Mission District. Inspired by both Japanese and Scandinavian design, the client wanted her home to be clean, with minimal fuss, and to respect the Victorian architecture. We kept the original architectural details but added custom, minimal cabinetry to create a home that feels contemporary yet full of character.
