These floors are 3/8 oak strip. approx. 50 - 60 years old. and saturated with animal urine stains over the years.

We updated by sanding and stained with Minwax colour (provincial) which help to cover the darker stains in the wood. finished with three clear coats of urethane. painted out risers and new trim.
