This dark 70's kitchen needed a complete overhaul. So we raised the drop ceiling, increased the size of the window and outfitted it with new cabinets, counters, floors and everything else you can think of. We went for a more modern spin on a traditional kitchen by mixing stained wood lower base cabinets with white painted upper cabinets. The countertops got a sleek marble-like Quartz and the back-splash took a fun twist with a multi-color penny tile.
