Mitchell street full office renovation

This very unique high end office renovation is situated in the heart of Glasgow city centre on Mitchell Street. Situated in a stunning building built around 1905, it features several priceless features in the entrance lobby – a wrought iron balustrade and lift encasement, mosaic floors and marbled stair walls.

The renovation included moving walls, new ceilings, floors, wall panelling, bespoke cloakroom and bar area. It also involved a full rewire and plumbing. This office is designed as a high end meeting space for select clients. The vibe is moody and dark in the main boardroom, a bright elegant space for the personal office, an elegant and timeless toilet space and a bright fun room for the admin team. We looked after all aspects of the renovation – plumbing, heating, floors, tiling, bespoke joinery, upholstery, blinds, furniture assembly and clean up. Our in house team completed the project in 4 months.

The space is unrecognisable from its previously neglected form!
