I was hired to renovate this home in MacKenzie Lake that had great bones. The owners had always loved the neighborhood & great location but, it was just tired and full of brass. We changed all lighting, put in a new front and french doors with a modern glass pattern, new chrome door hardware, updated three bathrooms, painted entire home, exterior railing & stucco accents, black bark mulch in all flower beds with simple grasses. Two weeks later it was put on the market. The first day they had three showings & was in competition between two couples.This home sold that day!
