This custom designed modern gem had a huge elevation change from the main floor down to the yard. The design used decking with built-in seating off the main living area that led down to a patio of concrete squares with grass. The natural stone dry-laid chiseled walls add texture to the neutral surroundings. Trees were planted along the front for some vertical elements and to soften the entryway.
