Modern Beach Bunker, Aptos

Custom home designed to maximize natural light and views of the adjacent beach. Generous open floor plan is perfect for entertaining and every day family life. Designed by Thacher & Thompson Architects in Santa Cruz, CA.

Built-in cabinets and shelving were added in a niche adjacent to the dining space. Multi-pane windows offer an expansive view of the ocean.

The serene master suite has a wrap-around balcony and large glass sliders that provide views of the surf.

The guest bathroom/powder room includes a floating vanity and floor to ceiling mosaic tile. The vessel sink adds a soft counterpoint to all the other angles of the compact space.
