This modern beach house influenced home was an existing traditional home in Markham that underwent a large scale renovation and addition. Our firm increased the ceiling height by raising the second floor joists and raising the exterior walls on the second floor. The result is a spacious and bright home that incorporates floor to ceiling windows, a full height great room, and all of the modern amenities that a growing family needs to support their lifestyle.
