A dated and deteriorating Spanish bungalow was transformed into the clients modern farmhouse dream home . The house was gutted and taken to the studs. A new front porch with a standing seam metal roof was added as well as all new exterior landscaping. The interiors were reworked and an additional square footage was added to increase the open concept family room and kitchen. A new fully equipped master bath and closet were reworked within the existing space providing the parents with a tranquil and well appointed space of their own. The enlarged kids bath was created between the two renovated bedrooms. All in all a really fun and creative project with fabulous clients.
