Best & Company worked with the designer and homeowner to overhaul the prewar apartment’s dark, dated interior without erasing its period details: Mouldings, hardwood floors, windows, walls, millwork, and plaster all underwent extensive renovation. The kitchen’s marble range hood and pronounced mouldings, fabricated in Best & Company’s own millwork shops, lend a dramatic touch. Custom built-ins organize interior spaces, making beautiful use of all available space. Handsome materials and expert execution result in a timeless, comfortable interior.
