Modern Condo Transformation Inspired by Art

The owner of this condo purchased the unit next to his condo when it came available. We then expanded into the next condo to double his living space. The owner loved to collect artwork and sculptures from his world travels. We showcased his collection throughout his home. Fireplaces and niches were all designed around his collection.

We used a metallic porcelain tile for the shower walls. The shower pan is made by a Kansas-owned company called The Onyx Collection. The floor is stained concrete. Frameless glass shower enclosure.

We designed this bathroom around a beautiful glass vessel sink. The owner loves glass sculptures, so this vessel sink was the perfect thing for his guest bathroom. The vessel faucet is from Delta. We used a quartz countertop and finished the backsplash with coordinating metallic porcelain mosaic.

This furniture style vanity was custom made for this bathroom. The two condo 1/2 bathrooms were back-to-back. We expanded the two bathrooms to make one large bathroom with a shower on the 3rd floor.
