Clean lines, sleek contemporary detailing, imaginative use of materials and automation, interior and exterior space relationships and view oriented designs specific to the property. Our client has a lot of construction experience and architectural knowledge, they have several architectural firms working on various projects from high rise residential, mixed use developments, medical buildings, etc., yet when it came to his personal residence they came to us. The plan actually came together very smoothly. They asked us to incoporate several massing elements they liked from pictures of previous projects they developed or saw and to come up with a logical floor plan use that worked within that framework, "kind of an outside to in approach using massing elements" to begin with. Placing together major elements and designing spaces around them helped establish the plan flow and function. Can't wait to see the finished construction, LOTS OF INTEREST !
