The client needed a dedicated workspace separate from the main house- quiet, insulated, and designed to feel like a real office. We built this 10×12 studio entirely on-site, adapting to the existing yard grade and landscaping. Clean lines, full insulation, electrical, and natural light through large windows. No prefab components -a compact footprint with a full-size feel.
