This penthouse incorporated custom concrete countertops from Hard Topix Precast located in Jenison, MI. A custom specialty finish was developed specifically for this project. A series of samples were made for approval until the desired finish was achieved. The kitchen features 2 waterfall (drop down) legs on each side of the Island.
