This new 8000 sf residence was built for a family with three kids. The clients agreed to have a modern house that would be the back drop for some of there eclectic art they have collected through the world.Special features include a 12 foot tall main floor ceiling, 23 different colors by the interior designer, metal trim details on the main level, the use of pervious concrete to comply with drainage requirements.
