Catching the attention of anyone entering this residence brings a “oh WOW” to mind when seeing this wonderful kitchen. To engage this space, windows were added above the cabinetry bringing life to the space. Originally the kitchen was a heavy enclosed wood area, with beams and soffits enclosing the space. Removal of the un- necessary beams, and soffits opened the room to inviting spaciousness.
The owner had this wonderful tile piece from world travels that we wanted to respect for it’s color and youth-fullness, thus the dramatic red countertop for the island.
