When deconstructing the barn on this property, our clients carefully selected gorgeous aged pieces of wood to preserve and reuse in the modern farmhouse designed with their family gatherings in mind. Several planks of oak were pulled aside and planed for a herringbone patterned floor in their sitting room and naturally aged and hewn beams were put aside for the newel posts a the top and bottom of their staircase. Every corner has thoughtful, one-of-a-kind touches - from custom paint colors to handcrafted cabinetry.
