My clients purchased this house about a year ago and now they’ve just sold it. It sold within a couple days of hitting the market. No changes were made to the inside. We upgraded the landscaping: We changed the hardscape to make the entry more inviting, removing a circular drive. We enlarged the vineyard. We installed a modern cedar fence and electric gate. For outdoor entertaining, we added an outdoor kitchen area with a pergola, raised beds, and a nice clean, modern barbeque. We moved the pool equipment shed, opening up the backyard to highlight the gorgeous ancient oak tree. We softened all the fencing with trees and shrubs.
