This project included a full rip out down to the studs! We added new spray foam insulation and a new wall built to separate the kitchen from the laundry and bathroom area. This new wall created a coffee bar area in the kitchen and created a hallway to the back door, including wall panelling with a picture ledge and hooks.
This renovation included a brand new kitchen, new bathroom and new laundry room with a walk-in closet.
