This first-floor remodel transformed a closed-off, outdated 1980s kitchen into a bright, modern open-concept living space. The project included full demolition of the original cabinetry, tile flooring, and wall partitions. The new kitchen features European flat-panel cabinets with matte gold accents, Dolomite waterfall countertops, a shell glass mosaic backsplash, and upgraded lighting throughout. The entire first floor was refinished with Winchester wood-composite LVP in a herringbone pattern to create a seamless, elevated look. The redesign opened the space added functionality and delivered a clean, modern style with high-end materials and a full layout transformation.
