This contemporary house in The Mesa neighborhood of Palm Springs (home to Barry Manilow and Suzanne Sommers, to name a few) was built in the early 2000s by prominent architect Tom Jakway, as his own home. After enjoying the home for several years, Jakway sold the home to a "snowbird" couple from Chicago, who engaged interior designer Christopher Kennedy to refresh the house and imbue it with modern color.
