Modern Industrial Full Home Remodel
Meet our favorite facelift!
This home needed a little TLC to bring its beautiful bones up and into the future. We were inspired by the owner’s father who had designed and built much of the original house himself, while adding our own touches.
We installed all new windows and doors, cutting into the foundation to create a new entry door next to the staircase which was hand-welded in place. The stairs lead up to the open-plan kitchen and living room with a beautiful 360 view throughout the house to let in the natural light all day. We wanted to highlight the red oak flooring, the exposed cedar ceilings, and cedar windowsills, as well as the Mid-Century/Euro-Modern cabinetry with tilted drawer fronts mimicking her father’s design.
Our countertops for the laundry room, guest bathroom, and kitchen were all made with custom pigmented concrete. Poured, polished, and installed on site for a long lasting, durable and beautiful look.
