Modern Industrial Urban Condominium

This Riverfront Condominium renovation incorporated its urban industrial setting into a new design while balancing a desired modern and industrial theme. The design theme throughout the home is the simple use of black, white, and matte rift cut white oak to create a modern industrial design. Metal and concrete industrial materials are accented throughout.
