This home was very outdated and falling apart. We modernized it and freshened everything up to reflect a modern aesthetic.

We transformed this space into a very refined living room, taking advantage of the spectacular views you can enjoy with a welcoming fire roaring in the contemporary fireplace.

This Dining Room was a great space and we chose a warm neutral blue to add interest and accent the cool brass chandelier.

Though it is not a fully open kitchen, the wide space allows for a great flow of entertaining and there is plenty of prep space to host dinner parties.

Honed granite counters are a great contrast to the very clean and sleek look of the white backsplash on the walls. We kept the colors very clean to accentuate the modern aesthetic we were going for.

Located just off of the kitchen, this great family room is centered around this eye-catching fireplace, complete with floating shelves and surround sound speakers. There is also changeable mood lighting on the shelves-another feature that will make you never want to leave.
