Finishes are kept warm and neutral so as not to detract from the stunning views. Iron lighting is used in simple, clean forms to reference a classic mediterranean feature.

The sink is positioned to take full advantage of the gorgeous lake and mountain views.

Heavy soffits were replaced with beams to add architectural interest and we added arches to provide some architectural integrity to the space and design. We also created a niche for the motorized drapery to die into so as not to block any of the exceptional views.

This large wall is facing the front door so we wanted to add a showstopping moment with this huge French Antique tapestry (which we had custom framed to keep it feeling clean and modern). We also added arched openings into the space to give it visual separation from the rest of the living space.

We removed heavy moldings and busy iron work from the stairs. Marble treads were replaced with wood for a clean and casual feel.

We wanted this feminine shower to be a standout moment with the addition of the stunning viola marble ot the archway. Unlacquered brass makes the space feel less precious.

We added an arch to the powder room to create some architectural interest and give the viola marble a chance to shine. The rest of the space was enveloped in a soft mural that elevates the space and makes it a real jewel box.

In the primary bedroom, we replaced soffits that brought the ceiling down and added an arched niche for the bed-space. We replaced heavy doors so that the view could be maximized and motorized drapery can be accessed from the bed for the ultimate wake-up.
