The house was a colonial but this client had a flair for modern. In wanting to be true to some traditional features of the house, shaker style cabinets were chose for the bottom white metal framed frosted glass were chose for the uppers. A modern shelf divides the lower cabinets and the upper cabinets while a very classic Calcutta marble countertop bridge the gap from classic to modern.
