Modern Pool House and Deck

Flegel's built a brand new pool house as well as a master bedroom and patio deck with screening wall. There was no existing construction. The challenge on this project centered around the fact it is non-paint grade, cedar construction. Attention to detail for all the mitered corners and edges was paramount. There was no room for error.
Custom features include: 4'x7' wood shutters for the windows; floating concrete countertop made to specs; cedar trimmed beams; oversized "blind" doors on the closets; and built-in stainless steel cabinet.
