The Kitchen and Master Bathroom are at the heart of this Mercer Island remodel, along with many other rooms throughout the house that received a modern revival. Symmetrical design is on full display in the totally renovated Kitchen, with a large center island, 48” pro-style range and decorative wine bar as focal points. New windows were installed to capture the elevated views of Lake Washington, along with a brand new exterior deck for the summer months. In addition, the hardwood flooring area was installed over a tapered framing system designed to level out the existing floor which had a severe slope to it. Moving upstairs, the en suite Master Bath was transformed using Silver Quartzite countertops and White Carrera marble throughout.
