"Before" dining room re-purposed as new, large kitchen. Custom functional mahogany and glass panels were designed to conceal unattractive manual crank windows.

"Before" - linen closet was made into door to hallway for guest bath access from both bedroom and hallway.

"After" small walk-in closet was re-purposed as vanity space. Opening at common wall between this closet and existing master bath provides access to full "new" master bath. Shower was expanded by utilizing existing hallway linen closet as shower "alcove". Tall cabinet was added to provide storage...

"Before" master bath. Existing small bath was expanded into a spa-like master suite by re-purposing the hall linen closet into a large dual-head shower. The existing small walk-in closet adjacent to the existing vanity wall was opened via a doorway to house a large double vanity.
