Space Harmony was hired to re-design this 50- year old home for full renovation and resale. Instead of following the trends and tearing the whole house down to designing a “contemporary” home, instead, we focused on the history of the house, saved some of the beautiful original features, and created a “modern-rustic” theme. The new home blends perfectly in the neighborhood while being fresh, unique, and tastefully modern with a nod to its heritage. In Vancouver’s cooling “single-family” housing market, this home sold at a record high in the first open house! The home fetched the HIGHEST SALE PRICE IN THE HISTORY of North Vancouver and West Lynn Valley… A perfect example that good design can sell in any market!
