As many empty-nesters, this townhouse was designed for a wonderful couple who were downsizing from a larger home since the kids had all grown up. With Christmas just around the corner, the couple had zero furniture - this simply wouldn't do for Christmas festivities with the family! So Santa's elves worked around the clock designing, measuring, and ordering to craft the perfect midcentury modern home just in the nick of time for their first Christmas eve. Even Loco, the puppy (posing on the sofa), got in on the magic by greeting [encouraging] the team with his joyful nature. The couple had a wonderful sense of style. They were very artistic and their original art pieces tied the room together perfectly.
