This renovation project returned this jewel of a home with it's million dollar view back to it's contemporary roots. The new design included removing walls on the main floor, opening up the dining room, family room and kitchen space, just right for entertaining family and friends. The upper floor loft style hallway was closed in, wooden beams installed over the dining room and the bedrooms and bathrooms were all updated. The exterior was refaced and wood accents added for interest and style .
