This 1,200 square foot customized itHouse is a guest house, office, and private gym. This ADU seamlessly brings together industrial aesthetics and green design tactics to create a multifunctional, indoor/outdoor living experience. The house is situated on a beautiful oak covered slope to take maximum advantage of the view to the east, with sliding doors giving direct access to a wood deck.
