This was a stunning and unique pool side entertaining area constructed by Gregory Robert Brown Custom Builders atop a hill in Danville. Combining functionality with a modern aesthetic, the structure featured a beautiful bathroom and open dining/entertaining area. We were tasked with staining the kiln dried cedar ceilings and painting the surrounding fascia to match the roof flashing. Additionally, we matched several color coat stucco surfaces to make all access panels, electrical boxes and storage doors disappear. Perhaps the greatest challenge was applying a custom colored stain and varnish to the interior bathroom door to make Douglas fir appear as mahogany thus matching the interior bathroom finishes. A two layered application of wood cote gel'd stains accomplished this nicely
