Monarch Bay Home, Dana Point CA

Taking this once dated and neglected home in Dana Point, CA and turning it into a fantastic soft contemporary with large living areas that open to the exterior entertaining spaces made for a home with a amazing indoor-outdoor feel . We re-imaged the space with a great design concept and made that vision a reality with a significant remodel, custom furnishings, new lighting, and all new windows and doors. Three 12' pocketing sliders open up the backside of the home and removing walls in kitchen made for a large open space. Expanding the master bath added lots of space for a hotel inspired steam shower and floating vanities.
