This whole-home fire restoration project came to us through a referral from the homeowner’s insurance adjuster. Fortunately, no one was injured in the fire, which was determined to have been caused by smoking.
The damage was extensive and required the home to be completely gutted down to the framing. All interior finishes were removed, including flooring, drywall, insulation, cabinetry, fixtures, and other damaged materials. The reconstruction also included repairing fire-damaged framing, rebuilding affected areas of the home, and replacing sections of burned exterior siding.
Our team managed the full restoration process from demolition through reconstruction, helping move the project forward efficiently and completing the home ahead of the anticipated timeline. Although the homeowners ultimately chose to sell the property rather than move back in, we were proud to restore the home and help them move forward after a difficult experience.
