The Monroe residence is located on a level waterfront parcel on the north end of Camano Island, Washington.
This 3,000 square foot residence was designed to fit the clients request that the home have a classic
beach design that "Looked as though it had always been there".
The Monroe residence won a Merit Award for Design Exellence from the Northwest Washington Chapter of the American Institute Architects in 1998, and was featured in the spring edition of the Stanwood/Camano News Home and Garden magazine in 1998.
